Property Structures:
A brand new caretaker’s/guest house includes living room, dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. This building could also be used as office space for the winery. A small winery, with walls and roof in excellent condition, is situated at the front of the property next to the caretaker’s house. Existing tanks need recycling, and additional equipment must be purchased. There is a separate space for barrel storage. Winery capacity could be up to 150,000 liters in existing space.
